We're a BREWPUB NOW!
We've upgraded our liquor license to a Brewpub! In addition to our own Craft Beer, we are now serving Mead, Cider, Wine and Cocktails! Keep an eye out as we start to let our creativity spill over into unique flavor experiences. We will also move to focus on Colorado Meaderies, Cideries, Wineries and Distilleries!

Happy Friday and what can make a Friday better? Returning Beers! Winter's Midnight! Our Winter Warmer, this ale is a playful twist on Belgian Wit. This dark beer is exceptionally light bodied like it's lighter counter part. But it surprises with complex toasty, biscuit and toffee notes, accentuated by Sweet Orange Peel, Coriander and Cinnamon! We only release this beer once a year, so come on in and grab a pint before this one is gone! Also returning, The GOAT! You know it and love it! Our take on an American Brown, this beer is a pleasure for all the senses! Citrus, and spicy hop notes, are wrapped up in caramel and chocolate malty notes. Both beers are deliciously dark, but drink very differently from each other! Don't forget to come with an appetite, La Chaparrita Food Truck is here to take care of your hunger!
